CSR

The Board has delegated the day-to-day responsibility for all matters relating to Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Issues to the Executive Directors.  They are assisted by the Company Secretary, who is generally the first point of contact for any issues of this nature.

Responsibility for the various elements of CSR are as follows:

Environment & Energy	Chief Financial Officer
Carbon Foot Print	Chief Financial Officer
Health & Safety	Chief Operating Officer
Customers, Suppliers & the Community	Chief Operating Officer
Human Resources	Chief Operating Officer/Director of HR
Other Stakeholders	Chief Financial Officer
